How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply throw some items in your cart and check out.  If you need additional assistance, send us an email or call us. We’ll work with you to ensure you get everything you need for your event.
How far in advance should I book my rental items?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Yes! We offer delivery and setup services for your convenience. The cost of delivery and setup will depend on the location and size of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
Are there any additional charges for delivery?
Delivery fees are typically based on the distance from our location to your event. We’ll provide you with a clear breakdown of any additional charges when you book your rental items.
Can I pick up the rental items myself?
Depending on the item and availability, you may be able to pick up your rentals. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What happens if something gets damaged during the event?
We ask that you take good care of our rental items. If an item is damaged or lost, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs. Please refer to your rental agreement for details.
How do I know how many tables and chairs I need?
Our team can help you determine how many tables and chairs you’ll need based on the number of guests and the layout of your event. Just let us know the details, and we’ll provide recommendations.
Can I add items to my order after it’s been placed?
